General
What will the final cost of getting a detail be?
The final cost will depend on starting rate of the services you want done to your vehicle, the size of the vehicle, and the condition of the vehicle. To receive an accurate estimate, we don't require pictures but they do help! Additional charges only apply in cases like excessive pet hair, heavy debris, or deep stains. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we're happy to discuss your vehicle’s needs and provide an estimate.
What areas do you serve?
View PageWhile our main focus is Mount Vernon, we also serve Gambier, Danville, Apple Valley (Howard) , Millwood, Bladensburg and Martinsburg. We also serve the following townships within Knox and Coshocton County: Fredericktown, Amity, Walhonding, Newcastle, Artanna, Mt Liberty, and Bangs.
Cities or Townships not on this list are subject to a $0.50 per mile fee for mobile services. If you reside outside of our service area, but want to drop off your vehicle, you may do so at no additional cost.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, in the state of Ohio, motor vehicle services including washing, cleaning, waxing, polishing or painting a motor vehicle is taxable. In accordance with section 5739.01(c) of the Ohio Revised Code
Do you need to use my power and water?
No, we are equipped with a 3500 Watt power inverter and 75 gallon water tank with descaled water. We are able to fully detail your vehicle without your utilities.
For commercial fleet vehicles and some services, we may require drop-off or require access to utilities to complete the job.
What if I really only need my driver seat shampooed, that's it?
While we are more than happy to take care of certain problem areas in your vehicle, we have a minimum service charge to come out and work on any vehicle.

My vehicle isn't that bad, do you do discounts?
No, we charge based on the same starting rates and terms for all vehicles weather they are brand new or twenty years old. Most vehicles will be charged the starting rate. We upcharge at our discretion for excessive stains, pet hair or solids. We're more than happy to take care of a few specific things without going all out on a full detail.
Can I pair services together?
You can pair any of our services together, weather it be a basic interior and a full exterior, we are more than happy to set up a quote for everything.
Are all your services mobile?
While a lot of our work is mobile, some services we do require drop-off at our shop to be completed (Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings, Smoke Odor Removals).
Interior Detailing
Do you need to remove seats?
No, we can effectively clean your vehicle without removing your driver or passenger seats. If you have child seats, they will be removed to perform the services required, but they will not be reinstalled.
Can you get all stains out?
While we can work to remove the majority of stains from your vehicles upholstery, It is important to understand that depending on how long a stain has sat, and what stained the material, we may not be able to 100% remove the stain, but it will be significantly better than before.
Will my vehicle be dry when you're done?
Yes, we use strong air movers to quickly and effectively dry the interior of your vehicle before you get back to driving.
Do you clean child seats?
While we will vacuum debris and clean them to the best of our ability, we do not intend to remove excrement or regurgitated fluids/solids from car seats, we recommend just replacing the padding if this is the case. We do not reinstall child seats under any circumstance if they are removed from the vehicle.
Do you repair damaged upholstery?
No, we do not re-upholster or repair or replace cracked dashes, peeling steering wheels, ripped leather, trim or any other interior parts.
How can I be sure my vehicle will be well taken care of?
With our team's background in commercial custodial work and four years of detailing experience, we have the expertise to ensure that your vehicle is thoroughly detailed.
Exterior Detailing
What makes this better than the car washes up the road?
While the local car wash might be able to get surface debris off your paint, car washes can also put swirls and water spots on your vehicle, due to their inefficient automated washing and drying processes, paired with harsh chemicals to get the job done quickly. we perform a thorough clay bar treatment to remove all dirt off of your vehicle, and ensure that your vehicle will be dry after every wash we do.
Is washing my engine bay safe?
Yes, as long as you know what you're doing and are cautious of sensitive electrical components such as the alternator and battery/fuse terminal it is perfectly safe to wash your engine bay. We will not wash engine bays with custom electronics installed.
Paint Correction
Can you correct scratches on matte finishes?
No, for matte finishes, polishing the surface will turn the finish glossy, and will ruin the finish on this type of paint. If you have scratches in your matte finish, we recommend reaching out to an automotive body shop.
Can you fix damaged clearcoat?
Unfortunately, Peeling clearcoat, or scratches down to the base metal, we cannot correct these types of defects as they would require adding paint to the panel.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, for all ceramic coating services we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the service, this goes towards the final cost. You can view our Deposit Policy for more information.
How will you see all the scratches on my paint?
Using a combination of high-output LED lights, we will be able to see all your paints imperfections from different angles, ensuring complete correction. Additionally, we will measure the depth of your clearcoat prior to working with your paint ensuring a safe correction process.
Ceramic Coating
Is this a mobile service?
No, for ceramic coating services we require vehicles to be dropped off at our shop just outside Mount Vernon.
What is a ceramic coating?
Ceramic coatings provide a hard, long lasting barrier between your vehicles paint and the elements. Unlike traditional wax, ceramic coatings last more than a few months, protect your vehicles paint from wash marring, consistently bead water and makes washing your car a breeze without breaking down!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, for all ceramic coating services we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the service, this goes towards the final cost. You can view our Deposit Policy for more information.
Are these real ceramic coatings, or spray on sealants?
These are not spray-on sealants, these are true graphene ceramic coatings that are easily maintainable and repel water like nothing else!
Is this service mobile?
Yes! This service is included with our premium wash package.
Is washing my engine bay safe?

Smoke Odor Removal
What if the odor comes back?
If the odors in your vehicle come back after a couple days, bring it back to us and we will run another ozone treatment.
Will my vehicle be like-new after this?
While you can choose for us to detail your vehicle further after a smoke odor removal, the goal of this service is to clean and get rid of odors, not make the vehicle look "new". While it will appear clean and smell new, we do not apply dressings or other processes to this service.
