What we'll do:
- Decontamination Wash
Wheels & tires will be sprayed down with a non-acidic wheel cleaner, and scrubbed thoroughly, inside and out.
Tires will have a radiant dressing applied to them that will not fade, sling or stain with multiple washes.
We will spray the entire undercarriage of the vehicle.
We will remove bugs from windows, mirrors, grille, hood & cowl panel and roof.
We always use two buckets for washing vehicles.
Foaming the entire vehicle, we will allow our soap concentrate to work on the entire surface of the vehicle.
After foaming, we will use a paint safe brush and work on all the areas that a wash mitt will typically miss.
Working with a wash mitt, we will wash your vehicle top-down, side-to-side.
We spray an iron remover on the entire surface of your vehicle, allowing this to dwell. This will help remove and loosen set-in contaminants to help the clay bar work better.
Using premium grade synthetic clay, we will remove tar and other tacky debris from your paint leaving it silky smooth.
Adhesive residue and most overspray will be removed with our paint-safe solvent.
We will dry the vehicle with a combination of towels and compressed air.
2. Paint Inspection
We accurately measure clearcoat on panels.
Trim, headlights, plastic door handles and any other sensitive materials will be masked off to prevent polishing compounds from coming into contact with them.
3. Step One: Cut
We cut with a variety of pads based on defect severity. We typically always cut by rotary.
4. Step Two: Polish
We polish with a DA to finish panel surfaces.

Using a combination of high-output LED lights, we will be able to see all your paints imperfections from different angles, ensuring complete correction. Additionally, we will measure the depth of your clearcoat prior to working with your paint ensuring a safe correction process.
Can you correct scratches on matte finishes?
No, for matte finishes, polishing the surface will turn the finish glossy, and will ruin the finish on this type of paint. If you have scratches in your matte finish, we recommend reaching out to an automotive body shop.
Can you fix damaged clearcoat?
Unfortunately, Peeling clearcoat, or scratches down to the base metal, we cannot correct these types of defects as they would require adding paint to the panel.
