Pre-Existing Damage: Photos and or videos will be taken of any pre-existing damage seen on the vehicle's interior and exterior prior to performing any services.
Liability: We are not a mechanic shop or body shop, we will not remove or alter any functioning or nonfunctioning parts of your vehicle, no mechanical work will be performed under any circumstances. We do not re-upholster or repair cracked dashes, peeling steering wheels, ripped leather, trim or anything that falls under a similar category, in the interior or exterior of your vehicle under any circumstances. Child seats will be removed to perform services but they will not be reinstalled.
Out of Area Fee: Service areas include: Mount Vernon, Gambier, Danville, Apple Valley (Howard) , Millwood, Bladensburg and Martinsburg. Nearby service areas include Fredericktown, Amity, Walhonding, Newcastle, Artanna, Mt Liberty, and Bangs. Cities or Townships not included on this list are subject to a $3.50 per mile fee added to the final invoice. If you reside outside of our service area, but want to drop off your vehicle, the client may do so at no additional cost.
Estimates: Estimate may be higher is vehicle is "XL" (E.g. Cadillac Escalade, Chevy 2500 Long Bed). Estimate does not include state sales tax but is on the final invoice as required by law.
Ohio State sales tax is at 5.25%, Knox County Sales Tax at 1.5%, totaling 7.25% of the total cost of services performed.
Coshocton County Sales tax at 2.0%, totaling 7.75% of the total cost of services performed. (Newcastle & Walhonding Area Mobile Service)

Once an estimate is complete a finalized price will not exceed ± $30.00 of the final written estimate not including tax.
Invoices: By receiving an invoice, you have had service(s) done to your vehicle and have agreed to pay the listed amount in full with cash or transfer via a 3rd party system (Apple Cash, Facebook Pay, Cashapp). We do not accept cheques or credit/debit cards at this time. Once an estimate is complete a finalized price will not exceed ± $30.00 of the final written estimate not including tax.
Fleet Detailing: Fleet detailing is for businesses, contractors or other public service fleet, this discounted rate is not available for customers with 3 or more personal vehicles to be detailed.
