Decontamination Wash
We will remove bugs from the mirrors, grille, hood & front of the roof.
Foaming the entire vehicle, we will allow our soap concentrate to work on the entire surface of the vehicle.
After foaming, we will use a paint safe brush and work on all the areas that a wash mitt will typically miss.
Working with a wash mitt, we will wash your vehicle top-down.
Stuck-on soil on trim, rocker panels and sides of your vehicle will be removed with a solvent or degreaser.
We will dry the vehicle with a large microfiber drying towel, ensuring no water spots are left on your vehicle.
Jambs are dried with a microfiber towel.
We will blow out mirrors and door handles, immediately drying water, preventing water spot runs.
We spray an iron remover on the entire surface of your vehicle, allowing this to dwell. This will help remove and loosen set-in contaminants to help the claybar work better.
Iron Remover is rinsed off thoroughly. Utilizing a product leaves no sulfur odor!
Using a combination of fine and medium claybars, we will remove tar and other tacky debris from your paint.
Paint Inspection
Paint will be inspected to ensure all major defects are highlighted.
Clearcoat will be measured and marked on it's depth before working with your vehicle's paint to ensure that we can correct your vehicle.
We will ensure the panel is properly prepped for paint correction.
Step One: Cut
Using the least aggresive method first, we will cut with a microfiber pad to remove all swirls and light surface defects.
Wetsanding will be performed by hand on major defects, working to minimize or remove them. There are no guarantees that a scratch can be removed. Scratches and imperfections will be highlighted by this coating, so we try to minimize defects to the best of our ability.
Step Two: Polish
If any wetsanding is performed, it's haze would immediately be polished out.
Polishing the clearcoat to remove any haze from cutting revealing a mirror finish.
Coating Preparation
An Alcohol based oil remover will be used on all areas of the vehicle to leave a completely clean surface and remove any stray polishing compound for the coating to be applied.
Coating Application
Coating will be applied panel by panel to ensure even coverage.
Coating will be applied to wheels, glass and plastics as well.
Waiting for the coating to "flash", We will then level the coating with a premium waffle towel.
Performing a two-step leveling process, we will use a plush Korean edgeless towel to finalize the process.
Forty-Eight Hour Curing Period
Your vehicle must stay shielded from the elements for the first twenty-four to forty-eight hours after a ceramic coating has been applied, this is to allow the coating to adhere to your paint and be effective.

Our 5-Year Ceramic Coating provides an ultra hard glass-like finish to your vehicles exterior, protecting it marring, weathering, fall-out, UV damage and wash warring. Our perpetual ceramic coating will add 3~4 microns of ceramic coating to wheels, paint, trim and glass.

7 Year Ceramic Coating
Our 7-Year Ceramic Coating is a ceramic coating with graphene oxide, prodiving the hardest layer of protection we can offer. This coating will be applied to paint, wheels, trim and glass. Giving you years of shine and paint protection.
Please note there is a three day turnaround for ceramic coating services.
Paint Inspection
We never rush into applying a ceramic coating, we will first perform a full exterior detail before moving on to identify the imperfections on your vehicles finish, minor and major.
Paint Correction
Using a combination of pads, sandpaper grits between 1500 Grit and 3000 Grit, we cut by machine and wetsand clearcoat by hand. We will polish out these sanding marks, imperfections, removing swirl marks and imperfections revealing a flawless finish.
Coating Application
Our ceramic coating will be hand applied to all exterior surfaces of your vehicle, ensuring complete coverage and an even layer of coating to the wheels, windows, trim, headlights and taillights.
Coating Maintenance
To ensure your coating lasts it's entire working life, it is important to have regular wash maintenance on it. We are able to help you make your new coating last it's full working life.

Nano-Ceramic Leather Coating
We will perform "The Standard ✤" Interior on your vehicle before applying our leather coating.
For leather seats, we can apply a specialized leather nano-ceramic coating instead of our leather lotion.

Q: Can you apply a coating in less than a day?
A: No, for the ceramic coating to be effective your vehicle must go through full preparation, application and 2 days of curing.
Q: Do you offer a discount on fleet vehicles?
A: No, due to the attention to detail and time it takes to prepare, apply and store the ceramic coating, we simply do not have the time to perform this service on large scale fleets.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A1: Yes, for all ceramic coating services we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the service, this goes towards the final cost.

Q: Is this service mobile?
A: No, for ceramic coating services we require vehicles to be dropped off at our shop.
Ceramic Coating Guarantee: Ceramic coatings are provided a warranty, warranty is limited to the advertised lifetime of the coating, which is either one (1), 5 or 7 years, as specified at the time of purchase. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for coverage under this warranty. Furthermore, any claims for this warranty MUST be made within 30 days of the incident that caused the damage to the coating. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the voiding of warranty coverage due to the potential cost implications of repairing the coating. Warranty is subject to adherence to the maintenance guidelines outlined in the agreement you sign. Failure to comply with these guidelines may void this warranty. Shep’s Automotive Detailing reserves the right to assess any warranty claims and determine eligibility for coverage. If client declines the necessary 48 hour curing process, warranty will be void and cost of maintenance on the coating will be at the discretion of Shep's Automotive Detailing, SP.
We offer a specialized maintenance program is subject to a standard rate of $60.00 for Sedans, Coupes, Hatchbacks. And $80.00 for Trucks, Vans & SUV's. This applies to vehicles that have had Ceramic Coating services performed on their vehicle. Vehicles must be serviced by us at least once a month period to be in the maintenance program, and Ceramic Coated vehicles must be serviced once a month. Vehicles not serviced within this timeframe will be subject to a standard rate of $80.00 for Sedans, Coupes, Hatchbacks. And $100.00 for Trucks, Vans & SUV's.
